SUPER BAD SERVICE BRAND I EVER MET
I suggest who ever want to drop an online order please have a deep consideration. I recently dropped an order since 22th Dec 2021 ( for my wife Birthday gift) , the email response with the order will take on 3-5 days. 7th January 2022 today I still not even get any updates with them and the email is replied with those damn officially notes. Office number 03-7495 5909 ( cant even make this call) 03-7498 0045 not even one staff picking up. What a great ghost office their had. Great service brand in entire of my life. I did work as a staff in few brands in Singapore ( Pedro ,Charles & Keith, Dior ) If Christy Ng made this kind of service in Singapore i think it would not able to survive within 6 months.
