Avoid This Broker – Withdrawal Issues and Poor Communication
I’m incredibly grateful to the company that helped me recover my funds – as reflected in my profile name and photo. I deposited funds with this broker, and it took over two weeks for the money to even reach my trading account. They claimed the delay was due to me supposedly opening a Pro Account, even though a quick check confirmed I'd opened a standard one. No clear explanation for the mix-up. Now, I’m dealing with even more frustration trying to withdraw my funds. Although my withdrawal was initially marked as processed, the transaction was later reversed by the broker with no proper justification. Despite sending multiple emails to Christos, all I get in return is vague replies like “I will look into this.” This entire experience has been a drawn-out, stressful ordeal. I would strongly advise steering clear of this broker – getting access to your own money should never be this difficult.
