Great Customer Service and Fast Replacement
Ordered a Flydigi Vader Pro 5 from GadgetHyper. Unfortunately, the controller arrived with a hardware defect affecting the RGB lighting on one side. I contacted support and Emily responded quickly. After providing videos and following the troubleshooting steps requested by Flydigi, the defect was confirmed and a replacement controller was arranged without any hassle. Throughout the process, communication was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although receiving a defective product was unfortunate, I am very satisfied with how the issue was handled.
