Travelling in Peru in the time of covid. Me and my wife for two Dec 21 weeks in Lima, Amazonia, Cusco and Machu Picchu, organized by Yampu. All in all, an excellent experience that we highly recommend. Our local guides gladly walked the extra mile just to make sure that we are happy with the service. Pandemic wise, we felt absolutely safe as Peruvians are very disciplined in following the rules in all public places. The Yampu Team really amazed us as they reacted proactively during a local strike crisis that would cost us the chance to visit Machu Picchu. Thanks to them we smoothly adjusted our flights, accommodation and guides itineraries and we finally made it!
