Had some minor issues with CPE hrs showing up and completely amazed by the prompt and conscientious customer service to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve the issues. HUGE shout out to Sam, who went above and beyond. It's refreshing to have a team and tool that is actively working to provide value to its customers. Keep it up!
