Worst Customer Service Experience…
Worst Customer Service Experience ever!!! I just recently speak with one of their agent namely “Salmon” very rude and kept on interrupting what I’m going to say. My only concern is that, I needed a refund of my money, though, I know it’s now under your TNC but how come they were able to refund my first cancellation with the same refund I had on the same day and on the same booking? I will never be this concern if I only lost RM10. PLEASE TEACH YOUR AGENTS TO HAVE A PROPER ETIQUETTE OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS!!
