Order from Litfad
Ordered LED strip light for £86 pounds including delivery on 14th August. Was aware that it was shipped from China and could take up to 45 days. Order was acknowledged within a day and 2 weeks later received an email informing the order was in customs. Then nothing for over a month. At beginning of October contacted customer service to see were the order was. Received an email within a day blaming the weather, shipping, some ones gran dying etc etc on the late delivery, but told me it should be with me by the end of October. At this point had checked on Trust Pilot and started to get worried. But today the item arrived and to be honest it really is not bad. It was packed very well and works and looks great. I would give the delivery time 2 stars, customer service 2 stars and the product 4 stars. Only not 5 due to the instructions being in Chinese and the remote control looking and feeling a bit cheap. The light itself looks good quality and works well.
