Dont waist your time
I bought a dress and I need it urgently, I emailed them to ask when it will be shipped as its over a week now and not any update and no response from them. Very poor communication. If you can’t keep with the load of customers then dont do the job. Updated: as per your reply that dress needed to ‘pre order’ - you should mention or inform customers, this info wasn’t provided hence I expected order to be shipped immediately not after 11 days ! Disappointed and will never buy again.
