False advertising and unhelpful support — be careful
I ordered Infatica’s Dedicated datacenter proxy on 10-11-2025 expecting the features listed on their site. In practice the service did not match those claims: IP locations were incorrect, proxies dropped frequently, and throughput was far below the advertised numbers when I ran standard connection tests. I reported the problems to support and followed every troubleshooting step they provided, but the issues persisted. Support promises were not fulfilled and my refund request has not been honored. I’m posting screenshots of test logs and the support thread. Because this was my direct experience, I cannot recommend this provider and I advise others to be cautious. Take screenshots and payment receipts if you choose to try them.
