Customer service is trash
Customer service is trash i have a corebook pro and the screen started to come off when I put the screen back on it the top of the screen end up cracking. 1st they said I was pass my 1 year warranty when I only had it for 4 months then when I called them out on it they asked for proof of purchase and pic of the computer then after I sent them everything they want to be smart tough guys about it saying obviously it was my fault. Could of said it looked like a user error or something I didn't care if I would have to pay for the screen but if the customer service think they can just be a wise a** then no I will never buy anything from them again.
