Ordered socks for Christmas allowing the 5-10 business days and 3 extra days they recommended for covid related delays plus a week extra. Fast forward to 2 days ago when the socks actually arrived. At least I have the product 3 weeks after I expected them to bad I already purchased another gift to replace them. I sent multiple emails to customer service and got prompt replies... all of which appear to be automated saying your item is in transit contact us when it arrives very frustrating. The product is not worth the money and is not a good quality. The website makes you believe the product comes from the continental US yet when you receive the product number and you search multiple tracking systems you will find out it comes from overseas. If I would have known this I would not have ordered as from my experience overseas orders take longer to receive due to shipping. I do not recommend this product unless you order months in advance and don’t mind getting a terrible product. Tried writing this review a few times on their website and have not seen them update probably because it is negative
