Brilliant they really do work
I was a bit sceptical about these patches. I have bad pain in both knees which has been getting worse. Especially going up stairs and down. All the GP will suggest is physio which for me did not work. How can you cure arthritic pain with exercise??. As soon as I put these patches on I could feel the warmth and by God they work. I don't know how or why but I can honestly say they take the edge off the pain. I can go up the stairs and down relatively pain free. They are very warm and stay warm for hours. The only problem is they are very expensive but if they work then it's worth it
