I tore my rotator cuff 2.5 years ago. I was really opposed to surgery. It partially healed on its own with some PT. The extreme night pain and constant dull ache never stopped. Only went down with cortisone shots and handfuls of Advil. After reading the science behind them, I decided to give them a try.
