Great customer service: Disappointed in final offer.
The process was easy. The correspondence was quick and helpful. I was originally offered $75.00. After they received the phone I was sent an E-mail within days stating there were 2 discrepancies and they could only offer $17.00. After deciding not to accept the offer the phone was promptly returned to me. After receiving the phone back I was able to get $30.00 for it.
