Absolutely the very best customer service I have ever, ever , dealt with. I ordered a brace for my brother (ordered wrong size) Ortho did not hesitate to replace it with the proper size. No charge even for shipping. My brother ,and I are thrilled with the results of wearing the Ortho back brace. The pain level went from a solid 10 to maybe a 2 and mostly a 0!
