Caution! Apparently 1 year warranty and any replies are worthless. (Update)
An update: Gmktec 's reply sounding like they are going to address my warranty claim is worthless. I contacted them as they outlined in their reply. It took a week to hear back from them and then they had me email the same things to them over and over, where and when it was purchased. Pictures and videos showing the problem. All things I had done previously. The last email I received from them said for order inquiries, please provide your order number and purchase website and email it. Obviously they have no intention of doing anything about my warranty claim. My GMKtec for almost 5 months. Then it locked up and would not restart. GMKtec has a one year warranty. I contacted them with my problem. They replied asking for photos of what was going on. I sent this to them. I then received an email that said "Hi There If you have another DDR you can change it to check if the problem still appear." So their answer to my warranty was to install my own part! I didn't have the DDR and I had no idea what it even is, and I was not going to open up a computer still under warranty. I sent an email advising them of this and after 3 days I have heard nothing further.
