I ordered a phone 1 month ago and I still haven´t received it. At the second week the local provider contated to me telling me that they could not deliver to my post code and I should contact to the seller. After that I contacted with Giztop customer service but they are not helping me at all, they are just saying "that the package is in transit and I have to wait", but the local supplier tracking information says that "the package is in process to be returned to the central warehouse". Now I don´t know what to do, seems like I just lost 500 euros. BTW I never have had any issues with Chinesse deliveries to my post code, this is the first time and looks weird. For now I won´t recommend buying anything in this page.
