Scammers
I purchased a location-changing product and paid for a full year in advance. It worked fine for a few months, but then suddenly stopped working. When I contacted the company, I was informed that this feature had been discontinued. Even though I still have several months left in my subscription – which I paid for – I can no longer use the service I bought. The company told me I should have reported the issue within 30 days of purchase to get a refund. So apparently, I’m supposed to invent a time machine, go back several months, and file a complaint before the product even stopped working. Absolutely shameless. Scammers. Avoid at all costs.
