I feel also like i've fallen victim to some scam with this company. I have tried using their icloud unlock feature as I forgot it, and it did not work, as this feature is only supported for iphone x iOS 16.7 or lower. I have an iphone xs. so its clearly incompatible with their offered software. Still after going back and forth with their support team they do not refund my money. Bad service, bad support, bad product, poorly informed on what it can do and what devices are compatible with it. would NOT recommend it. Edit: since I have been refunded and the company responded in timely manner I upped my stars, but still they should be more clear what phone models work for what service.
