I don’t even know where to begin!! This company is AMAZING! I ordered the Natural set and loved the way they felt (weightless) loved the color (totally replaced mascara) and I loved the fullness but I wasn’t happy with the length! My natural lashes were longer than the extensions. I was so nervous to reach out to customer service, I’m not one to complain or ask for a refund🤪 it took me a week to contact them! THEY WERE AMAZING the girls name, that helped me, was Jocelyn and she was great to work with! She answered all of my questions with ease and helped me get the right products ordered! I already have some nails ordered but I will definitely be trying more styles and lengths with both lashes and nails in the very near future🔥 Thanks Moitie and THANK YOU Jocelyn for a fantastic customer service experience!
