Bed Rock legal does not follow through
I asked Bedrock legal to help me with four debt. They negotiated and close three very quickly, how ever on the forth and biggest they dropped the ball. They gave me a deal to close my last deal, I agreed and replied . They dropped the ball and did not close the deal. They admitted it was their mistake and would attempt to get it back. I waited three months called and was told they don't know what happened. To make it short they set on the deal for more than a year and did nothing despite numerous calls from me. Then finally offered another deal worse than the first offer. They refused to offer any compensation for their lack of professionalism, feet dragging and mismanagement. Even had the audacity to say they did nothing wrong. For this reason I recommend not using their services. If you do call them no stop record every interaction, and name. If it goes longer than three months cancel the deal get your saved balance back and go to someone else.
