They won't reply to messages
Ordered a product which ended up being too small and when I tried to return they asked me to ship it back to them at my own cost and they would send out a new one. I thought that's fine I don't mind that, until I realised they had not given me a shipping address to ship to. At this point they stopped replying to my numerous emails. As of two months later and several different tries to get in contact they still have not replied in any way since telling me I had to ship the product back to them if I wanted to exchange for proper size.
