MY PNR OCPRPJ cancelled due to flight cancellation airline refunded the money to HEG on 13.01.2022 still for 20 days i did not get my refund still i canelled the ticket on 09,01,2022 i send the lot of mails to customer support i get only routine reply like we need some more time to validate the refund I got worst exp but i am regular customer of HEG for past 3 years 46 flight tickets booked by me throurh HEG
