I ordered gold wallpaper and it looks like brown wrapping paper!!
I ordered gold wallpaper on the 2nd Feb and it arrived on a slow boat from China on 11th April !! The colour is nothing like advertised and they don’t provide samples. I’m trying to negotiate a partial refund as to post it back would be really expensive. Customer service do reply to complaints but so far after a week of emailing I still haven’t agreed a satisfactory resolution. So far they’ve agreed a refund of 30% without covering postage. I would be very wary about buying from this website again. What’s advertised isn’t a true reflection of goods sent
