"OMFG !" I had not been on ebay in 2+ years and therefore could not get my account password reset,..... then of course I could not use the same long-time email to create a new account. These people need to have security questions or something saved . Or just know I have the same phone number forever and allow me to prove it's me. However, they do not ... I do not want to start a 2nd personal email as I get enough junk email on my gmail.com . I am so disappointed in the time spent on the phone with customer service.
