I ordered the puzzle stencil and cutter. Stencil was sent with an email saying the cutter would come later because they were having issues with you. The cutter never arrived and I emailed inquiring about when it would ship. I received a phone call from them stating that they could not get the cutter to print correctly and would be glad to send me a heart cutter or if I already one I could just use it. I told them that I did not want that because it would not look right. They asked if I would like a refund and I said yes. As of today no refund so I paid for something I did not ever receive. I will not order from them again.
