My brown lashes came black
My brown lashes came black. When I emailed about this I was told it was the manufacturers in China. That they cannot guarantee color. That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. If I order brown lashes they should be brown, especially cause my previous order from 3 months ago was brown! Get a different manufacturer or care of the quality of the product. Then the employee I was emailing said it was a "darker shade of brown". First of all, they were black. Second of all, I attached a picture comparing to the lashes I bought months ago and you can see the difference. And lastly even if the company or the manufacturer in China is doing a "darker shade of brown" that should be disclosed on the website. And after all that I could only receive a partial refund cause I opened it. Well it wasn't till after i opened it that I noticed the color! If I ordered the same "EXACT" product 3 months ago 'brown dreamy' lashes why wouldn't I have opened it? I expected the same quality I liked before so yes I opened it! Then I realize the lashes are black but I can't get a refund cause this company picks the cheapest manufacturer or doesn't care about the product. Will definitely not be choosing this Lash cluster company again. There are literally dozens of these companies on the market
