I purchased the 7 1/2 inch vegetable cleaver. It’s a beautiful knife. Quickly became my favorite and I have a large stable of very nice knives. Although I was warned not to use it on anything with bone, I made the mistake of being lazy and not grabbing my meat cleaver, doing so I chipped it. I reached out to knives etc. to see if they did repairs explaining it was totally my fault and they offered to replace it for shipping costs. I am blown away by this. Great company really nice knives. Well balanced, sharp, hold an edge…. Highly recommend this company and their knives.
