Avoid when ordering in Europe
Did business with them before, but now that the EU has changed regulations, they are not compliant (registering with EU as IOSS webshop) which caused issues with customs. My last package got sent back to Singapore and destroyed, without refund. Avoid when delivery address is located in the EU.
