Took money but did not open my account - NO SUPPORT
It almost seems like fraud... I was stupid enough to pay for the lifetime membership. They took my money - but my account was never created. Whenever I try to log in, it tells me that my email adress is not registered (and yes, I used the correct email). Worst ever: they do not offer any support at all. No email, no contact form, no nothing. Not even a forum (only if you are logged in, but obviously I cannot use that). So I basically paid more than 110 USD for NOTHING! Avoid this platform!
