Do NOT shop here! I have been waiting two weeks now for my refund. They refused to cancel my order when I requested one, after realizing that it would take two weeks to dispatch the item. They ignored multiple (10+) emails from me. It’s been two weeks since I returned the item without ANY confirmation or communication from Mifo Australia. They have ignored three follow up emails about my refund. They have refused to call me on the phone to speak to someone.
