My experience started well, their try on at home scheme made things very easy, however..... I then ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses at £95 each as well as 5 pairs of shoes. It was about £900 order in total. Three of the dresses (which were all made to measure) had to be altered by a seamstress as each one was out by at least 4 inches. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact jjs house to discuss a part refund on the effected dresses to cover some of yhe costs of alterations only to be ignored. While the dresses were lovely and the material of lovely quality their customer service is shockingly awful and each dress has cost approx £60 more with alterations.
