Bad quality / WORSE customer service!
Got the Nanoleaf Canvas as a gift for my daughter. Installed it on the wall with her. She loved it! Looked terrific, was super cool. FOR ONE DAY! Then the controller panel apparently crapped out. Finally got a response from customer service after three attempts. I had sent them a video. They responded… yup, looks like you need a new controller panel. They asked for my name, their serial number, etc. I provided them. No response. 3 days later emailed them again. Nothing. 3 days later emailed them again. Still nada. It’s now been two weeks since they agreed that their product crapped out after a day and they haven’t bothered to respond. Believe the bad reviews. Quality sucks. Customer service sucks. Save your $$.
