Unreliable products and even worse (non-existent) customer support!
Nanoleaf products may seem fun, but they invariably have connection problems (this may be why it’s so difficult pairing these devices with your network and their app) and their support is basically non-existent. I’ve been waiting since I submitted a ticket Jan 29 and today is Feb 6. I’ve gotten nothing and I’ve reached out three additional times. This is an unreliable product and their tech support isn’t helpful at all. It’s such a shame considering Nanoleaf is carried by Apple. Stay clear of this company’s products. You will get an unreliable product and tech support won’t be there for you. You’ll wind up with a product you can’t return, because it’ll likely be after the return date by the time you have problems.
