I can't give this company enough stars
I can't give this company enough stars, especially my wonderful contact Yale. She was beyond exceptional. I sent a rough jpeg sketch of a design that I wanted and within hours I got a professional sample design back with lots of to and fro messages about colour choice, size etc. Yale initiated 100% of the design communication and I felt she had everything under control. Production and delivery time were super fast. The product is just beautiful and extremely well made. I'm truly shocked by the whole experience from beginning to end, I can't remember the last time any company gave such attention to customer service AND produced such a great product. The real test too was how an issue, caused by the delivery company at my side, caused some confusion and without missing a beat, Yale went straight to action and solved the issue. I haven't seen this kind of attention to a customer in years (and I'm an oldie!) So a million stars to Yale and LC Sign. You have a new repeat customer. I most definitely will be back. 10/10
