My 3 Shopee Supermarket orders have been disastrous. Latest order, they delivered 1 out of 6 items, the product was thrown on my porch, torn and dirtied. The remaining items remained undelivered for days, no status despite escalating agent multiple times. Finally they pushed me a cancellation request to provide evidence to justify refund. I replied if the evidence I shld attach is my face of anger from going through this inconvenience. Unreliable, useless agent help in live chat and broken customer journey design. Zero star.
