We were disappointed but MiracleSofa made it right (edited review)
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We are very disappointed. The items that arrived are a significantly different tone of the color palette shown on the website. We contacted Miracle Sofa several times before getting responses. When we did they kept saying they were reviewing it, asking for photos of labels, etc. Their message read “ I apologize it took long for the response, but the product team responded that the pictures on the website are a bit embellished color, is a very normal phenomenon, and they do not provide a refund on this.” So they openly admit to falsely advertising their product, give you the run around and then don’t provide refunds. Buyer be ware! EDIT: Changing our review from 1 star to 4 stars because after reading our review, MiracleSofa reached out and gave us a full refund. We're happy that their customer support eventually made it right.
