I purchased food item 08/12/26 for $28.88. Then few days later receive an email saying I'm subscribed for auto-renewal of 8/12 order, which I never wanted. I cancelled auto-renewal that day. Then on 08/20/26, I receive email that I'm subscribed for membership for $59.95 that I never agreed to. When I tried to cancel membership and get a refund, I could not find "cancel membership" anywhere??? I contacted chat box and tried to cancel membership and get refund. For refund, they told me to contact credit card bank. Once they have my credit card, they keep it on file and am charging it for unauthorized uses. I'll never do busines with them again.
