The Panama hat I ordered on website arrived with a crushed box. Many back and forth with the company, they refused to send me another hat and offered me $6.00, what a joke. The other major complaint I have is that on their website I selected CAN$ and was shown the price, when I get to the checkout the price was in US$. I should have taken notice of the red flag and not ordered. This company is a total rip off.
