Seagm scams people about service fee. There are products they sell but unavailable, then when you opt for refund, they dont give back service fee, i told them many times to fix or remove those unavailable items but they just told me, there is nothing to fix, maybe their brain
I bought mlbb diamonds, and i was emailed i chose an incorrect set of diamonds for my region, they refunded me but service fee was not, imagined how many people they took those fees everyday, i told costumer service to remove that option in my region but i was told „ why would they remove it“ ? . Its clear they steal little amount to thousand of costumers.
