Thinking its an app but its not
I signed up for this website because it clearly stated a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within just a few hours, I realized this is not what I wanted and immediately tried to cancel. The cancellation process was complicated and did not work despite following the instructions provided. I already got an email for cancellation and refund in 10 days i will wait and if its done I will happily remove my review too. Thankyou To make matters worse, I later discovered two charges on my credit card that I did not knowingly authorize. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. If a company promotes a money-back guarantee, customers should not have to struggle to cancel or see unexpected charges. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank and consumer protection authorities if this is not resolved.
