Noteburner Spotify Music Tools are great!
I'm not the kind of person who leaves a review after using something for five minutes. I bought Noteburner Spotify Music Converter back in January 2020, and after using it regularly for more than six years, I think I can finally give an honest opinion. The software does exactly what I bought it for. I wanted a way to listen to my Spotify playlists on older devices and also when I didn't have an internet connection. Over the years it has been very reliable. The audio quality is great, the interface is simple to use, and the conversion process is straightforward. Even when converting large playlists, I rarely run into any problems. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly they react when Spotify changes something. Anyone who has used this type of software knows that updates can sometimes cause problems. In my experience, whenever an issue appeared, Noteburner usually released a fix within a few days, so I was never stuck waiting for weeks. That's probably the main reason I've kept using it for so long. I've also contacted customer support a few times over the years. The responses were always fast and helpful. They actually looked into my problem instead of sending the usual automated replies. In one case, I received a detailed answer within a few hours and the issue was resolved the same day. That kind of support is becoming harder to find. What stands out the most is that the software feels polished and profesonal, but the company still feels approachable. You get the impression that they genuinely care about their product and their customers. I never felt like I was just another license number. Another thing worth mentioning is that the software has improved quite a bit since I first bought it. New updates have made it faster and more stable, and the interface is cleaner than it used to be. It's nice to see that development didn't stop after the sale. Overall, after more than six years of use, I'm still very happy with my purchase. It's been reliable, easy to use, and worth the money for me. Looking back, buying it was definately a good decision. I don't write many reviews, but this is one product that has consistently worked well for me and delivered what it promised.
