Horrible place to do business with
Horrible place to do business with. Very scammy. I needed to cancel my order that was placed not even 48 hours prior. Was on hold for over 15 minutes so I went online to cancel. I spoke with support on the chat and was explicitly told since my order had not yet shipped I could cancel it. So I did through their form. I called back just for verification and was told that my order shipped while I was on hold, however I had already canceled it online before any email notification. Also my account said my item was not shipped. I explained this and was told a manager could not speak that day, a Friday, and would get back to me and was given an email saying it would be investigated for timing and that fees could be waived.i had to call them on Wednesday to get some kind of communication going and was met by a rude manager who wouldn’t listen and when I mentioned my missing transcript his tone changed from combative to want to be supportive.I refuse to pay extra fees when I followed policy and canceled before shipment. Also they won’t allow me to view the transcript from the support chat which upholds my claim for cancellation. They are trying to make it a return and charge me a 300 return fee plus 10-20% restocking fee….i said absolutely not and will be reporting this as fraud because that’s what it is.absolutely disgusting and I refuse to be scammed like this.
