I placed an order on 2/08/2022 after a week it just keeps saying "pending shipping" I've tried to contact the seller 4 times and they have yet to have taken curtesy to respond to at least ease my trust in this website especially as a first time customer. I just want my product and an accurate date for it's arrival without being deceived by their so called 5-8 work day delivery for free shipping. They seem to have well price products that catch your attention but their lack of communication makes it difficult to build trust. UPDATE: I finally received a package today HOWEVER, I was only shipped 1 of 2 blacklights I ordered it clearly stated that the 2 piece set of the18 L.E.D lights were for $35.99 USD (which I purchased) vs only one for $29.99 USD . I have contacted the seller in regards to when will I receive the second one as I still await a response. The seller did finally respond for the inconvenience to my prior messages and wanted to compensate me for the delay. As of now the product is functional and in working condition. I can not deny the quality is very good especially for the price. Although 1 of them was shipped promptly I still await my final package order and a better customer experience when it comes to communication otherwise the company is legit on its product sales.
