Buying at novelship is 4.5 stars but…
Buying at novelship is 4.5 stars but selling is just bad. The duration is slow for both sending shoes and receiving payouts. Receiving payouts is the bad part because i request for early payout and the so called early payout is not early. It will take up to 4 days for the request payout to be transferred but the transfer process will also take another few more days. This system is bad as goat and stockx are way faster. Infact it will only take 3 days latest for me to receive my payout. I will not use novelship for selling at the moment until they sort out their payout system. The customer service is ok still better than some others out there but just the payout system is bad sigh.
