Cancelled and I got a speeding ticket
Cancelled the day before so lost a day at work and rebooked for following week. Took another day off a week later and had booked in for AM collection but they messaged me a day before saying it would be PM. Car was then collected by WDC but 8 days later I received a speeding fine! My sold car was clocked at 49 mph in a 40 mph limit at 01:41 in the morning the day after it was collected, with NO trade plates on it! Not great and still fighting to get the ticket cancelled as promised email from WDC to me and police force confirming it was them in possession of car has not been sent as promised.
