AVOID AT ALL COST! WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!
This is the worst service provider I have ever had. Not just in terms of ISP but in every service that I have ever been provided with. They have no service over the weekends and when there is a problem they will push you from one dept to another with no genuine attempt to help you. Their attitude is how can I get move this customer on do it becomes another department’s problem. My ISP issue occurred on 9 Aug. As of today, 28 Aug it has not been fixed. I am surprised that IMDA still allows them to retain a ISP license. I’d give them -5 stars if I could.
