Ok product, consistently terrible service
I purchased a frame from Yoeleo a few years ago. When the frame arrived there were some screws missing from the rear hanger. The company have always been quick to respond to sales enquiries, but often no response or very delayed to service queries. When they did respond they suggested I source the screws myself. The bike has been great since then. Recently I tried contacting them for a spare derailleur hanger. They were extremely difficult to contact, after many weeks and responding only to WhatsApp they agreed to send the part. They charged $25 USD for postage and sent the wrong part. Again not responding to any further messages. My experience with the product was good value & fair quality for the price but consistently terrible service. Had been considering another bike build through them but would absolutely not use again or recommend.
