Unfortunatley very poor experiance if anything goes wrong with the product. I purchased the 1500W eBike kit from a UK seller with the idea that if anything went wrong they would help me. This was not the case. The eBike wheel has gone faulty and they are refusing the repair under warranty. Wanting me to pay for the shipping of replacement parts and also fit the parts myself. I am not sure they understand how to process of a faulty warranty return is supposed to occur. Avoid if you can better experiance buying direct from China. (Which is where they dropship from anyway)
