Have always used, might never use again now.
I have always used this company for a game that I play over the last year. Delivery has always been about 5 hours at most and I've had no issues with communication with the seller. This time, I waited a full 24 hours (they say at most 12-24 hours to restock), and still nothing. When brought up, they just refunded my money. I am not sure why it was so complicated to send the in-game currency this time around or why it takes over 24 hours. I am just so disappointed in this company since I used to find it so reliable! I have even used my points to open chests on their site and have 4000 of free gold just sitting on there I will probably never get as well. Note: It took hours and hours to even get a reply from the seller about a more accurate time frame. "Still working on it" was the only thing I got.
